Indian River Medical Center

MMT has prepared boundary and topographic surveys for engineering design of various Indian River Medical Center projects. The boundary survey included extensive research and interpretation of recorded plats, easements and deeds. Topographic surveys have been performed over the entire property to accommodate engineering design for the Health and Wellness Center, Cancer Center and the installation of new generators and proposed parking lot improvements on the east side of the existing Medical Center. We naturally were chosen to perform the construction stakeout and prepare as-built record drawings for these projects. We provided FEMA Elevation Certificates for the new generator pads to insure compliance with flood standards. We have also prepared numerous legal descriptions and sketches for various easements and other instruments. MMT continually updates our Boundary and Topographic survey to reflect the current conditions of the property. Aerial photography by our sub-consultant Pickett & Associates was also utilized to aid in the long range planning for the hospital complex and surrounding properties.
